据欧盟网站消息，6月27日欧盟发布2013/327/EU号委员会实施决定，依据 （EC） No 1829/2003号条例批准含有转基因油菜Ms8、Rf3和Ms8 × Rf3的食品，或由这些转基因油菜生产的食品或饲料在市场上销售。

    本决定自通告之日起10年内有效。
