2019年8月12日，据香港贸发局网站消息，美国国务院批准39个国家和1个经济区（包括中国大陆和中国香港）符合《公共法律101-162》第609节要求，允许其继续对美出口虾类。相关列表清单自2018年以来就没有变动。
